The most common mistake we see is a seller not adding directions to his/her MLS listing. Why is this so important? Reality tells us that 99% of agents can pull up directions to any given property via a smart phone… However…the key here is that you want your listing to look like any other MLS listing. You will not find a single 6% listing out there that does not have driving directions posted.  You want your listing to mirror other high commission listings.

How do I add directions? Easy, pick two major cross streets and give turn by turn directions to the property from these cross streets.

How many characters do I have? Typically about 150 including spaces and punctuation.
