Photos for your MLS listing
I always recommend taking at least one exterior front elevation shot of the subject property unless the curb appeal is extremely unflattering. Without a front elevation shot, prospects tend to wonder what is being hidden from them. Always try to include bright interior photos. Dull dark photos of the corner of your bedroom are not the way to go. Instead, focus on bright kitchens and open living areas. Try to get shots of a bright master bath and an open shot of the master bedroom. Stay away from your shortcomings. If your rear landscapping leaves much to be desired, leave it out of the photo set.
Pets – if you have pets leave them out of your photos. Advertising that pets living in your house can stigmatize your property from potential buyers with allergies, and so forth…
