How can I view my MLS Listing?

When a property goes active with Congress Realty, we create a PDF screenshot of the detailed MLS listing and post this in our private client area. The seller then receives an email with a login and password to the private client area. When the seller logs in, at the top of the screen they will see, “click here to download copy of listing”. After viewing the listing, the seller can use this same interface to make changes to the listing, download blank purchase contracts, disclosures, etc.. and even add additional services if needed. Anytime the seller would like a new copy of their MLS listing to view, they can request this by emailing admin@congressrealty.com and we will send this right over.

Photos for your MLS listing

I always recommend taking at least one exterior front elevation shot of the subject property unless the curb appeal is extremely unflattering.  Without a front elevation shot, prospects tend to wonder what is being hidden from them. Always try to include bright interior photos. Dull dark photos of the corner of your bedroom are not the way to go. Instead, focus on bright kitchens and open living areas. Try to get shots of a bright master bath and an open shot of the master bedroom.  Stay away from your shortcomings. If your rear landscapping leaves much to be desired, leave it out of the photo set.

Pets – if you have pets leave them out of your photos. Advertising that pets living in your house can stigmatize your property from potential buyers with allergies, and so forth…

We are extremely pleased to announce that we will be uploading video testimonials from a handful of our past clients in the upcoming next few weeks. Viewers will be able to watch actual testimonials of our past clients describing their experiences with Congress Realty and our flat fee mls program. We are very grateful to these individuals that have chosen to share their experiences with us and allow us to publish these videos. These online videos will allow potential new clients to listen and watch people just like themselves describe how are program works. It’s one thing for us to tell you how we can save you money…. it’s completely different when past Congress Realty clients are volunteering their time and shooting videos of themselves to help spread the word about our company and service.
