How It Works

Selling your property without a full-priced agent isn’t as hard as it may seem. We should know – we’ve helped thousands of sellers save big money since 2002. The process is really quite simple, and we’re here to help you every step of the way.

List Your Property

Once you complete your transaction, we’ll need three things from you to list your property: a signed listing agreement (gives us the legal right to list your property), a completed property description form (tells us the information the MLS needs to list your property), and at least one photo of the property.

Market Your Property

Once the property is live on the MLS, the marketing process begins. You’ll field showing requests, hold an open house (if desired), and answer potential b uyers’ questions. If you haven’t signed up for the full-service option, we’ll forward all calls and emails directly to you so you control the entire process.

Sign an Offer

Consider, negotiate, and ultimately agree to a purchase price w/ your prospective buyer; we’re here to provide documents and documentation services needed (and are happy to help our full-service clients negotiate and properly document their sale contract).

Save on Closing Costs

We’ll make sure the escrow company gets the commission right, saving you money; we’re constantly answering escrow agents’ emails checking “Is there REALLY no commission due to Congress Realty at closing?” Yes!
