Flat Fee MLS Listing in Alaska, Arizona, California, Colorado, Hawaii, Idaho, Iowa, Louisiana,
Michigan, Minnesota, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Mexico, Oregon, Texas, Utah and Washington

100% Money Back Guarantee On Your Flat Fee MLS Listing

We are confident enough in the quality of our services that we are prepared to make this guarantee to you: If you are not satisfied with the services of Congress Realty for any reason, we will refund your money . All of the following steps must be followed in order to obtain the refund:

  • Congress Realty will refer you to another licensed real estate broker.
  • The broker to whom you are referred must agree to participate in a referral fee agreement with Congress Realty.
  • The referral fee must be paid to Congress Realty at the Close of Escrow of your home sales transaction by that broker.

While most brokers nationwide regularly participate in and appreciate referral business and while we will make our best effort to enter into a referral agreement with a broker that you select, there is no guarantee that the exact broker you may want to use will be willing to participate in a referral agreement. If Congress Realty cannot find any broker who would be willing to participate, we would agree to refund you the entire basic listing fee ($299).

Additional services are not eligible for the refund. This would not apply to the Full Service Option which would not have been charged until successful close of escrow (therefore no refund would be due). Additionally, if you simply choose to cancel in order to sell For Sale By Owner or if you decide not to sell your property at all, there is no way that the conditions can be satisfied

A quick Zillow search will yield properties with “Zestimates” hundreds of thousands of dollars above and below actual market value. NAR is developing [...]

Should I list my rental in the MLS?
It’s really you up to you, however, finding a tenant through the rental section of the MLS is easily attainable by posting your MLS listing in the rental section of the MLS. Many agents work with potential tenants and search the MLS daily for rentals… sim to what they do for a prospective buyer.  Our [...]
