You can buy a home and receive 76% of the buyer broker's commission refunded to you at closing.  (In the case of a 3% commission to the buyer broker, it works out to 2.28% of sale price).

1. Search for properties for sale at REALTOR.com® or other local home search websites.  Let us know your criteria and we can setup daily automated emails that feature new MLS listings and price changes.
   
   
2. When you find properties you want to preview, arrange to be shown the properties.  Call for details.  Please note: you cannot just call the listing broker and ask them to show you a property since they will likely be deemed the 'procuring cause' of the transaction and may no longer offer compensation to a buyer’s broker.
   
   
3. When you are ready to make an offer, we will write the offer up to your specifications.  We will present it to the buyer’s broker, and will assist you in any counter offers.  If the offer is accepted, we will coordinate activities up to closing.  Your portion of the commission will be refunded upon closing.
